    # tcl/tk binding
    #

To compile the tcl/tk binding, you need version 8.3.5 of tcl and tk,
though it may work with other versions too.
The standard GUI application uses D. Richard Hipp's TkHTML 2.0.

It is recommended, but not necessary, that you create a fresh
compile of Tcl/Tk and extensions using the maketcltk script.

    Then use
    configure <your-install-dir>
    to create the file make.tcltk,
which will contain various settings as appropriate for your installation
(e.g. wether it is a shared and/or threaded build).

Then switch to the tkhtml subdirectory to build tkhtml using
    make TKHTML=<tkhtml-source-dir> install
    to install the TkHTML libraries.

If the environment variable WIN32 is set to something non-empty,
maketcltk, configure and the Makefiles will attempt a mingw build.
