quite huge refactoring

- config is now place to define client configuration
- upstream provide mirroring
- pxelinux creates per-client specific configurations
- various tweaks and cleanups

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
