Pharmaceuticals</b></i>. Born 1962. Graduated from the University of |

Zagreb, Croatia, Medical School in 1986. In 1988, Dr. Vuksic began his |

career as a medical research associate after which he moved to the |
46 |
position of sales representative at Knoll AG. In 1992, he was appointed |
47 |
General Manager for the Croatian and Slovenian markets, later advancing to |
48 |
the position of Manager of the Knoll Representative office for Croatia and |
49 |
Slovenia (from 1993 through 1996). In 1997, Dr. Vuksic joined PLIVA as |
50 |
Director of Marketing and Sales in the Pharmaceuticals segment. In 1999, |
51 |
Dr. Vuksic was appointed the Director of Pharmaceutical operations |
52 |
covering the areas of strategic marketing, medical affairs, licensing, and |
53 |
marketing and sales. Appointed to the Management Board as Vice President |
54 |
for Pharmaceuticals in 2001.</p> |
