WARNING: I'm not at all sure that this change is safe!

Rename method key to _key to avoid clash with perl internal function key. This
might be a bad idea if $self->key is actually used somewhere in code. Simple
grep didn't reveail any use, and tests (which don't require network connection)
pass now.

don't croak on non-existent table, so that scripts using
$db->table || create_table won't fail.
