added 16 bit color and sound and command line params to qte and other cleanups
1 This is the Qt/X11 ui port
2 qt should be installed in /usr/local/qt
3 you may need to have LD_LIBRARY_PATH defined to run qtrdesktop
4 tested with versions 2.3.2, 3.1.2

6 qtrdesktopbuild.sh can be edited to change file localtions or endianness
7 run ./qtrdesktopbuild.sh in this directory to compile it
