Fixing a MAJOR physical page leak in cpu_dyntrans.c; pages weren't _added_ to the set of translated pages, they _replaced_ all previous pages. It's amazing that this bug has been able to live for this long. NetBSD/cats and OpenBSD/cats seem to install fine now :-) except for a minor bug at the end of the OpenBSD/cats install.
