<p>According to the decision of the General Assembly of PLIVA d.d. shareholders |

held on 03 June 1999 concerning distribution of dividends to shareholders, PLIVA |

d.d. should pay the 1998 dividend not later than 31 December 1999. The dividend |

<p>The dividend will be paid to all shareholders listed in the PLIVA Share Register |

<p>The dividend will be paid by transfer order to the accounts of those shareholders |
